It is this intensive application which provides us with the information we need to better match a nanny to your family's needs. All applications are completed on the phone or in person. No applications are mailed or faxed out. We want to get to know you, and we can do that a lot better on the phone than by reading a piece of paper.

  • general responsibility
  • communication
  • relationships with children
  • family members
When a family is interested in making a hire upon confirmation of references, contact may be made with the providers.

The Success Factor

All matching is done on a line by line match between the nanny and family applications, so that families are not referred to nannies that will not be interested in their positions. This saves the family valuable time and makes for quicker longer lasting placements.

Families should always keep in mind that the relationship they build with their nanny is the primary ingredient in keeping a nanny on after the placement is made. Families are also urged to work expeditiously.
